I saw a post of Nora recently. Someone did the math on her semblance. *The human body can produce anywhere between 10-100 millivolts, or .01-.1 volts doing any kind of movement. Let's say this movement is throwing a punch. Let's also pretend muscle groupds and fast-twitch vs. slow-twitch muscles aren't a thing and 'I can bench five of me' suggests that she can punch with at least 500 pounds of force. Guessing that Nora's body produces .07 millivolts of electricity to throw her punch, a lightning bolt would power one punch 14,285,714,285.7 times. Condense all of that power into one punch, and Nora Valkyrie could potentially punch you with 7,142,857,142,857,14 pounds of force.* Now, imagine that force channeled into her massive hammer, adding to the force it builds up being swung and the fact that it has even more force applied to its hits with a grenade blast. I happen to be an electrician in real life, and I have a little bit of extra info for you: When you increase the voltage, the resulting power doesn't rise linear, but exponential. P=U²/R Also in most real life applications, the effective resistance [R] gets reduced with higher voltage, but there's no strict function for that.
