Since I think some people hasn't caught it. This song is a tribute to Monty and his creation of RWBY. The line "A world created, it's map fashioned from a stain." makes that pretty clear.

This is amazing and this song is amazing and oh my god thank you for putting it out and in the process letting me know the sound track was out. This is crazy awesome song. It’s got the rwby bits particularly since it was playing when ruby used her eyes on the giant sea monster. And seams like it maybe has a little Ruby’s mom and ozpin in it. But it’s also an incredible tribute to Monty. Even after all these years his work is the basis for this amazing show that has my heart and soul. He still is providing entertainments and lessons and inspiration to people. It’s really amazing This song is so totally crazy great and just AHHHHHH. And I totally didn’t cry a little bit (I did)

As a note about the music sound track in general, nevermore is also great and I’m so glad to have that in full. And oh my god foreverfall more on that in that video. These three are easily too three I didn’t listen to the remixes or armed and ready acoustic yet. It’s a good song set.

They mean that the writers of rwby aren't following Monty's vision and are therefore destroying his universe

No one can follow the vision of another, not the way it was intended. They are all trying their best after losing their greatest Ally and hardest worker for the show, and Monty's vision is still being implemented into RWBY you just have to look a little deeper now that he isn't here to work on it directly. But Monty's vision will always be in RWBY no matter what anybody decides to do, because Monty created RWBY. Nobody is destroying the world that Monty created, they are just doing their best to uphold it.
