I am rewatching the series from the beginning. Just got halfway through part 2 of volume 4. I have not seen volume 6 yet. So this trailer made my day. So glad they released whole volumes. Also might drop some dough and by the DVD box set just to show some support to the guys who brought us this awesome series. RIP Monty. Your legacy lives on, and I'm glad your creative genius brought RWBY to the world.

If you compare this intro theme at the beginning to the volume 1 intro theme at the beginning, you'll notice how similar they sound. Moreover, the volume 6 intro kind of expands on the theme. It's kind of like a new reset, which would match the themes for the season since everyone is back together.

I came back from watching the volume 8 opening and some may say that that opening is the best of all openings- For me, this is still the best opening of all in RWBY, the fact that the others just thought of why Ruby just suddenly got her scythe back just to attack- didn't really appear out of nowhere, I did watched it over and over and you'll see that she did threw it up and then reach it afterwards. The first time I get to see this opening- the animation just keeps hooking me into it, it already gave me goosebumps and the music is just so good. No hate to all the openings- all are awesome in their own ways. I just think this Volume 6 opening is more better than Volume 8. You think Volume 8's opening had a very great animation? You're correct but when I first watch that opening it got me real excited, especially the part where Ruby and Yang looked at each other as the lyrics says "Some roses". That part really made me excited for a fight- it was fast at first and then it quickly pauses just for Cinder, Neo and Emerald to show up. Unlike here, you see all their movements(when u slow down the video), the fighting effects(the white slashing effect thingy- idk how to say it- but u can always see it from Blake) aren't too much(unlike from v8 op). Even if there's no music it's still that intense until the end of the op you still get that goosebumps. This is all just in my opinion- sorry I'll work harder over my English-

Yup, I also notice how Ruby send her Crescent Rose spinning up, that s cool.. I really like how they pick up their stance in the begining.. It feels so "bees knees" hehe... Up until the ending stances, everyone s style are so in spot and cool-especially Ruby ;p And yeah.. The fighting animations and all the smooth transition between Yang, Blake, Weiss then Ruby reminds me of V2 intro, not only that, after that smooth transition and so much of acrobatic movements, they're accompanying Ruby to deliver the last blow.. That is really something. And finally Weiss is there to give her a hand to stand up.. This is so cool.. And also Ruby's eye, those.. Sharp eyes.. Damn all of this has stole my heart. And yeah by all that, best intro so far. ❤
