@@princejheraldquiambao8067 from what i have read and heard, the 3600 would be a better option to go with the card as they are optimised better and can utilise more of the hardware. my 2600 doesn't seem to want to give more than 50-60% even though my 5700xt sits around the same. i could be mistaken but best bet would be to check out reviews of the 2600 / 5500, and the 3600 / 5500. see what one tickles your pickle.

Same settings at 1440P with same performance. 4K I am 60FPS firm. The 5500 XT and 2400G are now in my son's computer going strong. I only upgraded for higher resolution.

You should try putting the settings at ultra. It makes it so that that is the worst case scenario for your fps. If you put it at ultra i know things can only get better from there

When did you build your pc? it may be because of the thermal paste on you cpu, because of that your cpu may be thermal throttling ( ryzen 5 2500 isn't that old so I would be suprised if it would be this but if you are using the stock cooler then there is a possibility like that) it may also be because of your case, if you have a case similar to be quiet silent base 801 or 601. Sorry if it isn't that I don't have enaught info to say why exatly you have this problem, so that's just two things tha may cause the issue.

I was tossed up between an RX 570, 580 and the 5500 XT. I opted to go with the 5500 XT because it's compared to the 580 and built off the next gen platform. I didn't need 4K. I am happy with it for sure.

What settings should be used for competitive games? I am playing on low-medium because I need high FPS no matter how powerful is the hardware. Nobody plays competitive games on high settings

Thank you for the video but when comes with nvidia tecnologies turn it off because that makes diference on the benchmarks, because amd doesnt support that.

if you play at 1080p 4GB is enough for most games, if you play above 1080p resolution is better to have 8GB verison
