THERMAL PASTE IS ARCTIC MX4
THERMAL PADS IS GELID ULTIMATE 1.5MM

as per reading some threads in Reddit about backplate pads, it is still unclear to me if I have to consider modding my GPU with backplate pads, I am satisfied with the results after repasting/replacing my thermal paste and pads on my GPU.

someone says that he already ask this to asrock and asrock tell him that the default thermal pad thickness is 1.5mm, that's why I use 1.5mm here

for me it's a yes, since it bring me positive results like the temp is less to 5-15 degree celcius

This is weird, we have the same gpu model and i used 1.5mm pads. The long pads seems to be not thick enough unless i put it wrong?

try checking if the board and rad is well put together , usually clearances occur when they are not put together properly

mi gpu runs over 40º in w10 and 65-80º on premiere, i ve changed the thermal paste and cleaned it but it goes the same. do u recommend me change the thermal pads?

when you are planning to repaste you therma paste, consider replacing your thermal pads too, saves a lot of time in disassembling and assembling the gpu, i am currently using a quite expensive thermal pads here, you can screenshot the thermal pads for reference

before it was running like minimum 60 at fornite game then after same load, same game, 40 peaking at 50

succesfuly changed my paste and pads. tas same tayo ng GPU asrock rx 570 din saken, after changing and cleaning the card yung board ng GPU saggy na, tas may drop na sa performance. ano input mo sir baka may mali akong nagawa.

alive and kicking pa din yung unit ko sir, gamit ko sya sa shop ko, so far, yun pa din yung last replace ko ng thermal pads and paste, ask ko lang if anong thermals pads and paste ang gamit mo

@@MotomotoPinas thermal pads ay same tayo ng ginamit GELID. thermal paste naman ay yung generic lang. baka nung pag re assemble may mali akong nagawa.

@@BelialsAwakening sa pads medyo okay pa mag generic ka pero sa paste ang dapat mag invest ka ng good quality paste, mas mabilis uminit ang mismong area ng may paste kesa sa may pads, doublc check mo nalng yung screws ng board sa fins

Temp ko ngayon sa asrock rx580 nasa 92°max bumaba ba temp? Medyo putol ang vid e pero nasa 40° kita ko, musta naman ngayon?? Mahal kasi ng thermal pads

masyado mataas yang 92 mo sir, siguro better check mo airflow ng case mo baka hindi ganun ka effective, or need mo na tlga replace ang paste at pads nyan baka tuyo na masyado, akin kasi sa highest ko lang 80 tlga, tapos ito ngayon sa fortnite ko from 50-60 pumapalo nalng sya ng 40-50, tapos if mag replace k ng pads at paste better dun ka sa mahal na para sulit yung pagkalas mo ng gpu kasi risky din sa iba ito sa pag diy, yung iba dito di na gumanwa kanilang gpu, subok ko tong gelid at arctic kasi
