Dude, I have r5 5600 and rx 5700xt + 16 GB ram , i love this game and whenever i try to play it, it stutter af (tried on both SSD and HDD), any suggestion? Though one thing i noticed is that even at idle my ram consumption is nearly 7 gb. F.

Do you have 2x8gb ram? If you have it check if another stick is working. Try clean windows installation maybe that can help if you can. Use high power plan

It could be faulty HDD, I had that problem in the past if you are using HDD, bad power supply, take a look at task manager if something else is using your resourses, is cpu at 100% usage
