i7 3770 is good but it'll bottleneck the rtx 3060. i'm using i7 3770k and the best gpu it can go up to without bottlenecking is rx 580(atleast from what i've used and what was shown from this vid)

Fsr and dlss only works and boost your fps when your cpu and gpu matches If your cpu is weaker than your gpu like this specs it's not gonna boost your fps you can see different in this video too So you just lowering the quality without extra fps

Hm... not sure about this. If you can get something better. This gpu-s don't have driver support and in some games they perform bad.

Ryzen 5 5600x if you want to future proof your build . I9-9th gen will give a little bit better performance with more cores and threads but you cannot upgrade it later on . I would recommend the ryzen one
