i’m using ryzen 5 3600 and gigabyte rx 6600xt card but my game won’t run smoothly like yours both in 1080p and 1440p. any solutions for this? really love playing this game but poor hardware optimisation makes fps in game very low and really pissed me off :(

IMHO unless you run a very high end GPU any new games you should never run ULTRA. It just robs FPS for usually extremely minor "improvements". Just go through each setting and find which ones take huge FPS hits and adjust accordingly. You can get the same FPS and almost identical visuals for hundreds of dollars less. Just get out of the ULTRA everything. Game developers sell GPU's by putting in stupid high ULTRA settings that net you little gains. Especially if you run a low end 6600 , even midrange you should avoid Ultra. Old games max it all out but not on new.

Exactly, mid-high has the game look almost identical to ultra in most cases and usually adds 50%+ fps

im getting fps drops even on low with this card and a ryzen 7 3700x, game is really bad optimized even after 6 years PS: Game don't use more than 30% of my cpu and is not getting hot at all

For instance, if the GPU can render 3000 codes per second while the CPU can only calculate 10000 codes per second, the CPU will transmit only 3000, resulting in a 30% utilization. This signifies that the CPU isn't overly taxed, even if it's not particularly high-end, but it suffices for an RX 6600. However, Fallout 76 may not fully utilize the GPU, as you mentioned its lack of optimization and its reliance on a single core for performance.
