New to Izotope! This was fantastic. I just purchased the basic version and now wish I had purchased the advanced. I may have to upgrade! For those doing VO or Podcasting with USB mics like the Blue Yeti, do you have settings for Recording in RX5 or Nectar2 for real time processing of the audio? Sort of like the ( DBX 286s - Microphone Preamp/Channel Strip) in the XLR equipment flow. I'd love to record through these filters... This mic could use some padding! The Yeti is great but so sensitive its lots of clean up work It picks up rubbing hands together, keyboard shifting feet on the floor etc.

Oh no. When you said that there is positibility to draw around harmonics, I thought that you will go deeper into it, but you didn't. I can't find any relevant video tutorial about it, so my suggestion for you is to do it on some example where we have hard situation in frequency spectre, like most of them are. Thank you.

I would really like a demo of what can be done with RX 7 STANDARD. As a 1 man prosumer, RX & Advanced is just too costly, but of course it seems that all the useful dialog tools are only in the Advanced, so I would like to see what can be done with the Standard edition.

If you upgraded from standard to advanced, you have to go to Preferences, remove authorization (Auth & Updates tab), restart the software and then authorize again with your advanced version serial number.

Using the Shift Key with a selection tool allows you to make multiple selections. Using the Alt Key allows you to subtract parts of selections.

Since RX 4 and 5 were discontinued some time ago, the CookBook was retired and replaced with new learning videos/tutorials for RX 6 and 7 on our website and KZbin Channel. We understand that many people would like a "PDF CookBook" again and this feature request has been passed onto the relevant teams. It would have been much more of a tutorial if you hadn't assumed that everyone knows the basics of RX. E.g why not start off with the RX connect utility - this is key to understanding the basic workflow working with the host app - many and I would think most, will be working directly from within their host app e.g FCPX so understanding the 'link through/relationship' here will be make or break for many.
