Whats ur opinion about close ratio king gearbox,I really don't want to spend 10-12k on a used and abused 5s gearbox (Indian).But the quality and authenticity of these so called RX king gearboxes are also questionable. Have been seeing some Rx king gearboxes for 11-13.5(Full set). Pls share ur opinion on which is better, basically my bike is not a daily driver just some weekend fun. It's just a passion driven diy project😅

Point is there are aftermarket gearboxes in Indonesian market so don’t just go with the beauty of it. If you are not sick of the highway cruisabily of your bike then don’t change anything. If you do it just because everyone is chances of getting disappointed by the cost vs return is less

I had a 5speed head with 99 punching on it,i got it on my bike ,it also had a 4TL10 cylinder with it It had the same volume as of 09L head(Measured it myself) Didn't seem to fine any relevant information about it on the internet. Is it a 4speed head which was grinded to become a 5speed one..? What are ur opinion about this way of increasing compression by shaving the head and reducing squish volume

Playing with squish is not a great idea unless you understand fluid dynamics and air volume. Xbhp has some old posts with compression numbers with various heads

@@Yamakaze Bro when we do a full engine restoration we first seat all barings in crank case then oil seal after that we install crank on crank case with crank puller when its installed there is a small gap kept between crank and crank case on both sides or crank jurnal we can see it properly when we remove the cylinder and look at bkth end sides of crank Aa clerance ethara ennu ariyamo ...

Sir, I could not pick up Malayalam version, if possible could you please do in English too.. Is the entire crank set for Rx100 , 135 4 speed and 5 speed is same or any difference in their weight or length etc.. My mechanic says Rx 100 crank is different from 135 4 speed and 4 speed crank is different from 5 speed. This question is really hitting me . I could not get answer from anyone. And also please speak about connecting rod sizes and how they are applied in refurbishment of crank while cylinder is rebored to next size. Sorry for long question sir!
