@@m1nty_104 when u depressed you’re subject to anxiety and sometime u don’t enjoy paced music as much, hence why depressed or anxious people relate and listen more to slow songs, reverbs etc less stressful. If u take meds you’ll be more relax and will enjoy paced and regular songs more

Felt this in my soul. I can’t control my splitting and mental breakdowns anymore with my BPD, I say things I regret instantly and he’s says it’s okay but.. I know it’s pushing him away. I think certainl someone forgot tjere why in life, i did. My why in life or my purpose was already written however i re wrote it. My past convictions of alcohol abuse, I use too drink brandy and drink it neat i smoked and smoked tobaco like it was hwLty my eyesight was so poor i read the description as smoking is healhty thats how i lost my mind. It really depends on your mood. I usually download slowed and reverbed version of songs I like. I listen to the slowed and reverb ones during moments of intense sadness. I need something extremely slowed down so I can feel, so I can think.
