I have 6 0 years of Arm wrestling experience and have been training since I was 20 years old so yeah I know the anotomy and how it works. My arms are twice as big as his but thats cause I took steroids for a long time of my life. It got my multiple championships. If it wasnt for the steroids I wouldnt have been as accomplished as I am today. Believe it or not steroids help out Arm Wrestlers A LOT... Look at Levan, he now takes the most steroids of any arm wrestler and no one is in his league right now. Thats cause he uses a lot of steroids. Some of the arm wrestlers dont want to destroy their buddies like Levan does and want a healthier life when they get older. Look at what is happening to Dennis right now, he took so much steroids that his body is not healthy. So yeah Steroids does help out A LOT but there are consequences to it.

Judging by the comments, if there is one thing Bowen seems to have done successfully it is uniting everyone in disliking him as a competitor. Did you think Ryan would beat Chance Shaw back when he did? Did you think he'd win his WAL match when he did? Did you think he could flash pin Larry Wheels? Ryan has beaten guys bigger and stronger than himself and Ray before, as well. Only using him as an example because of the topic. The same could be said for a vast number of people.
