all boxers walk around in a weight higher than what they fight in. The whole point of weight divisions is that as long as the fighter can make weight without affecting themselves, it's fair game. Hence why fighters move up and down divisions and find how where their bodies will be at its peak. In this case ryan already moved up since he is growing just like Shakur. It doesn't suit the fighter to sacrifice health for mediocre performance. So now there's a catch weight cause tank is probably at his biggest division but Ryan is not. Capping ryan at 146 is essentially insuring he doesn't come at his full strength. They are both not walking at 136 cmon now. You make the weight that it. Fight on. Just imagine you keep dieting all the way up to fight day and your opponent had a full course meal and energized. But no excuses from Ryan he signed the contract but its definitely a bitch move from team tank.

Once Tank figured him out he started getting hit less and got to work on Rolly. And what happened that fight?
