Nah. It's silly. Pictures are just pictures and parents don't need "consent" from children. It's a public visibility thing, unless they put potato sacks over their kids heads in the grocery store, public parks, etc. It's absolutely silly what Hollywood actors do and act as normal, and you sound just as loony.
