Grubb will be one of the best OC's in the game within a couple years. I think he already is now but it's not showing as much as it should due to bad OL play. But as this team gets rounded out into the vision both Coach Macdonald and Grubb has for it, his greatness as a play caller will be on full display. It already is like I said. But it'll get a lot better.

If he still has a job. Not seeing greatness from him at all. He looks like a guy faking it to make it so to say. Geno and team can’t continue trying and fixing his poor play calling with mixed results and him have a career in the pros. His calls have cost games and doesn’t sound like he’s ready to be held accountable for it as yet. The NFL will humble him or break him. But he definitely needs to improve more than any guy on the field Go Hawks ✌️

Grubb's coaching scheme, and play calling is currently hindering them, rather than just their offensive line as the main issue. Geno is in shotgun absolutely way too much, and there is hardly any play action, or any other creativity to help out their o line overall with a viable run game. If he had such a vast playbook, we would have seen a lot more of it by now.

@@ExaltedSeahawksFan 100%. Many folks don’t understand that shotgun formation is like telling on yourself and the linebackers have an easier time busting up plays. But with the leaking o line and terrible play calling, if Geno is to have any chance at all before pressure then he forced into shotgun. This is a calling card of a bad play caller and this one is just a little more arrogant than his results have earned him. To me he looks more like a one and done guy and will be back at college level. Without humility or humbling himself he’s burnt toast.

How about 1 jet sweep to DK. How about a fake jet sweep and have K9 run a toss sweep to the other side off the same formation. Grubb SUCKS

@@gmichaelhall I totally agree 100%. He was hired based on that he was going to be a coaching guru that would be delivering a high powered offense. He has definitely not, and he should have progressed their offense beyond what it is by now. Looking at the results for what he has done at this point for what he is supposed to be touted as, he has certainly not lived up to the level of expectations at all. Yes their offensive line is really bad, he’s new, etc., but not so bad that he can’t make major adjustments to his philosophy to significantly compensate for their weakness. If he literally doesn’t show any improvement by the end of the year, it’s time for change at the OC position.

For those of you critical of Grubb use your heads for once. Grubb's play calls and plans get blown up if Geno has only 1 second on average to throw the damn ball! Or how about all those stupid penalties that completely screw up drives? Or how about having no blocking from his offensive line or TE's to establish the run game so they could keep defenses off balance? Fans really have to stop basing all their opinions on emotions and try to have more common sense and some logic sigh

Grubb is a scrub! The OL was below average. 4 sacks and Cross was TRASH. Had Bosa played the rest of 3rd and 4th, it'd have been a L and a couple more sacks. Grubb is LOUSY!! At least we're running under center more and OLU EXCEEDED expectations. OLU was the Best OL in the game. Wtf is Grubb watching? Go watch all 22. OLU played really well. Rest of line was garbage. Cross sucks. Abe was decent not great. Grubbs a joke! He's going to be fired.
