There are basement lots available for you to pick and build. This builder doesn’t have standing inventory unless a contract falls out. So that means you get to pick your lot, floorplan, colors, finishes….all of that!

It’s a beautiful home but i hate the attic in the bedroom. They have so much upstairs hallway why can’t the attic hatch go there ?
