Ryan Kennelly takes us on a bench press workout shortly after he manage to bench press 800 lbs / 363 kg for the first time. You will see some bord pressing against bands and also a 600 lbs / 272 kg raw bench.
Ryan Kennelly was the greatest shirtet bencher in the 2000s. Not only for that he bench pressed the biggest weight at 1075 lbs / 487,6 kg at 305 lbs / 138,5 kg bodyweight. He also always preformed! He almost never bombd out and beat th biggest competidtors.

It's basically using the stretch reflex from ur flared lats to bounce out of it after also lower with a rowing kind sensation / feel.

This guy benches twice as much as half of 1/4 of what I deadlift for reps.

You gotta be pretty confident in your abilities to be comfortable only having one guy spot you from above when you are benching 800+

80kg without training it ever, will easily destroy that in a few years. Strict curl? Absolutely not, cheat curls are my thing.
