I think you misunderstood the point of the previous two episodes. They had nothing to do with "moving on" from the relationship, as the two were never a couple to begin with. They were about Blitzo working on himself and repairing his mindset in regards to the way he treats the people he cares about. Stolas was already actively bettering himself as a person and trying to do right by Blitzo, as we see from him dropping pretty much all the dirty talk and treating Blitzo with kindness & respect, there being zero sexual intimacy between the two this entire season (Blitzo even acknowledges this during their song in the full moon episode, saying 'it's been a while') as well as Stolas ending their deal and giving Blitzo the asmodean crystal so he could choose for himself wether or not to stay. He was already making an effort to improve things. Apology Tour and Ghostfuckers were specifically meant as character growth for Blitzo so they can meet each other halfway and work on developing a much healthier relationship between the two. They're obviously not a couple yet, they still have to work on regaining trust in one other and it'll take time for Stolas to forgive Blitzo. They're still working on themselves, for now they're just roommates in a rough situation.

the most surprising thing about this episode for me is that they manage to get Kesha back, but never managed to get Norman Reedus to voice Striker ever again. 20:26 Also somebody finally did the thing Ryan has been talking about, with saying Oh My Lucifer instead of Satan, but then the one that says it is Stolas😆

Satan being a Red dragon might be a reference to revelations 12:3-9 in which Red Dragon is cast down from heaven. Also, Vivzipop confirmed Lucifer is the top dog in hell recently, Satan is talking fake news. If you look at that scene again you notice Ozzie and Bee rolling their eyes at him.

@@livedeadman I think you are being a bit harsh, if I'm honest. I think Viv has made it known for a while now that Stolas/Blitzo will end up together? the mystery is the journey on how that'd work. I think the point of the last few episodes was Blitz not realising what he has until he lost it. I also think the point of Stolas losing his power is to put him on an even keel with Blitz giving him an imp's perspective.

I've loved all the new designs shown off in this episode. Finishing off the 7 Deadly Sins with Satan, Leviathan, and Belphegor. Not to mention the other at least 19 ( 20 including Vassago) other members of Ars Goetia seen in this episode too. Such as Sitri (The leopard with griffin wings in the seating section with Vassago), Morax (The deer in the military uniform in the seating section with Andrealphus), Camio (The bird whose head is on fire at 14:22), and more. Someone else here on KZbin made a video going into greater detail on which Ars Goetia member is which.

You weren't right. Vivzie cleared it up the same day that Satan was lying to make himself look more important to the others watching. That's why Ozzie and Bee gave each other the side eye while they made sure to show Lucifer's vacated throne above them. Hell itself was created when Lucifer gave the apple to Eve and allowed humans to have free will. Satan was making that up because Lucifer wasn't there to correct him.

34:32, Everyone saw him on air when he was being executed, and seeing that he is a Imp and the locals knowing who he is, get worried, because for how much of a shitbag he is, he helped so many people with his company, and trying to put imps into the spotlight and since he was spared, everyone was happy that he survive and realized how much they took Blitz and his group for granted. 37:05, Yes..I agree that their relationship was a bit rocky and dare I say toxic...but Blitz in the early episodes was not in a good headspace. He thought Stolas didn't see him as a equal, somebody that he could throw away and discard, so it's why he was so distant and not interested, but Stolas saw him as a Equal, somebody worth loving and loving them for their flaws and their strengths. Technically, they weren't dating, Blitz wasn't aware that it even was that...and he didn't know until it was to late, Blitz realizing that for once, someone saw him as a person and not a plaything...for as weird as Stolas acted, Stolas genuinely loved Blitz, not because he was his first friend, but he loved him for his courage, his dreams, his willingness to be something that their society didn't understood the value of and Blitz understands that now. Those two episodes were them taking a break, trying to fix their themselves an' their ideals (At least Blitz's) and to come to grasp with himself and his own actions, in this Episode, Stolas fixes himself by admitting his wrongs, willing to give up his power, to be thrust into a fate worse than death, because he still loves Blitz and would rather be a lowly peasant, than still be in power with the guilt of letting his first friend die because of him. And now that they are on the same level, with no Social Class to block them, they can actually have a healthy relationship, and Blitz is no longer scared to take that leap. P.S: I don't think Viv is trying to say that Toxic Relationships are good, but that sometimes couples have problems, they have shit they need to deal with and it can be toxic, and sometimes they break up, and sometimes they never talk to each other ever again, but sometimes, all they need is a break, all they need is to change their perspectives on life in order for it to work and sometimes they need time to fix what's broken and what makes it a problem, because they can get a second chance, they can be happy, but they need to fix themselves in order to be full.

The reason why Lucifer wasn't on this episode despite been a small cameo and even has his chair saying "BRB!" that it was because of that legal copyright reason where Lucifer is from Hazbin Hotel by Amazon (or A24 if you can corrected me) while Helluva Boss is KZbin except it was VivziePop creations. It might be way different if Amazon/A24 didn't acquired the Hazbin Hotel license and characters.

I think I eagerly anticipate your reaction the most! We have vastly different opinions on Stolas/Stolitz and I loved this episode, but I’m not here to hear someone echo my own thoughts! Kudos for putting your real opinions out there, man. I had a lot of fun watching this video and getting a different perspective. If it helps, I’ve heard from Viv that there’s going to be a lot of queer angst in S3 so at least if things do develop between them then it’s not going to be a simple happily-ever-after. I don’t think they’re gonna be together the next episode, I hope not and I’m a big fan of the ship lol. This episode has apparently been in the making for 3yrs or so and we’re only halfway through the whole show so I’m sure there’s going to be a lot of stuff that comes up. Thanks for a fun video! definitely one of my biggest gripes with this episode is the sudden "i can't live without you" during the song even though two episodes ago stolas was singing about how much of a motherf***er Blitz was, then when they're in the apartment while Stolas isn't actively being lovey dovey with Blitz he still lets Blitz kiss him on the cheek on the couch. they really had something going with their separation and Blitz growing as a character (especially when talking with Millie who i'm so glad they gave more spotlight and development), but instead of slowly bringing them back together, which i knew was inevitable and they were going to do it, they straight up put them living together two episodes later and singing about how "i need you by my side." there was no real consequence as no one died and Stolas will get his powers and status back in a century plus Stolas and Blitz look like they're gonna be in a relationship again immediately despite an actual break up (well sort of, Blitz said himself they never really had a proper relationship but still) that happened only two episodes ago. it's so frustrating because i thought it was going in the right direction then bam, this episode comes out of nowhere and i wasn't expecting to be hit in the face with "Stolas and Blitz live together yaaay!!!!" i will say that there being at least SOME consequence with Stolas losing his status and abilities is good, would make sense that Hell wouldn't allow something like IMP to be a thing considering that if Heaven found out there would be REAL consequences. honestly i don't think this is the worst outcome, because idk where else Stolas would have gone anyway and this isn't a guarantee that next episode Stolas and Blitz will be kissing and making up or whatever. i still think Blitz still has to grow more before he can handle a relationship and Stolas should be wise enough to see that. hell for all i know they'll be screaming and yelling at each other in the next episode about something stupid like "you should have let me die!" or "why do you even care i thought you hated me" or something like that. Stolas and Blitz are just complete messes honestly and people could argue over whether or not they could and/or should get back together. point is this episode i think COULD be a huge step back depending on what happens after this, definitely not the best writing unlike the previous two edit: sorry for the massive wall of text i tend rant a lot lol

Stolas sang about how much he thinks their relationship meant nothing to Blitzø and think he himself might be the problem and this whole back and forth “what ifs?”is killing him, make sense, the whole motherfucker thing is just Verosika being petty. Blitzø and Stolas obviously care for each other beyond just their flesh but that doesn’t mean them finally getting a chance to actually talk is a bad thing.

Well at least they weren't ACTUALLY singing to each other. It was a soliloquy which's purpose was to establish that Blitz has finally come to terms with the fact that Stolas really does care about him, and still does despite everything. Which is why he now feels comfortable being affectionate towards Stolas. I'm guessing that they aren't going to date until later and that, rather, they are going to have an arc where their dynamic is reversed. With Blitz showing open interest towards Stolas and Stolas "rejecting" him since he see's his affection as pity. And he may also not be ready for a relationship without his daughter. Similar to how Blitz didn't actually believe that Stolas had feelings for him, and therefore rejected him until Apology Tour. I do tho wish that, rather than a duet, that section of the song focused on how much this means for Stola's character arc. With him going from singing that he's an "Owl in a cage" and inside a "guilded jail", to saying he's "the master of his fate". Especially since, rather than being shy and unable to stand up for others or himself, like at Ozzies, he's doing an entire performance in front of literal Satan. Cause like, we already know they have feelings for each other. It'd be more impactful if Blitz just sat there, knowing what Stolas was really doing, but not being able to say anything.

I'm confused because the song implied that he was still hung up on Blitz, but when they're back at the apartment Stolas shows no affection towards him. The best-case scenario (IMO) is that it continues down the latter path. I know people already explained but: (At least to my interpretation) The power dynamic in hell is basically that Lucifer is an absent mayor, and Satan is a sheriff/judge who is now in charge of everything Also i find it interesting that Yogirt (the little demon therapist in Satan's shoulder) seems to be part imp and part sloth ring demon (the candle on their head) I wonde if Satan and Belphegor created them together

Y’know, I think you actually have a point about the Blitzø and Stolas relationship. As things stand right now, them getters back together now feels too quick and kind of invalidates the build up/effort put into their separation. I think we all knew it probably wouldn’t last, but I feel like it could have used a little more time to cook. We’ll have to see how things turn out in the Season Finale to know if Stolas and Blitzo’s relationship now is justified.

I would like to note imps and demons do not have mortal Souls so when they die they're just gone they don't go anywhere. Same thing goes for Angels it might be different for Angels like Adam who are human Souls but actual Angels and Demons no longer exist when killed

I will say I hate that song because unlike Hazbin, Helluva doesn't need a song for every episode to be consistant and the others were mostly skippable in helluva. But this song appeared at the most important part of the episode and if you don't like these ballad type songs (like me) it can completely ruin it for you. And this is from someone who likes most of the songs in both shows... Also I really wanted Stolas to find someone new but I knew it wouldn't happen.
