There's just no point looking for redemption for stuff like She-Hulk and Eternals when everyone else just waves it away just because it was unfavorable to them. I MYSELF still want to see it all continue somehow, more properly than was done before, as well as a few other minorities; but the loudest people always win when things turn sour.

I have seen every Marvel movie. I’m a child of the ‘60s and ‘70s, and superhero culture grew up simultaneously with my friends and my era. No to DEI Disney. No to Tatiana, and good for Ryan Reynolds preventing that horrific canceled scene where shetrewk and captain angry chick were tag team chastising Deadpool for language, and manners correcting. What we avoided in that catastrophe of a scene may have saved shitty Disney billion$!! And I will be the first to boycott the rest moving forward. You cannot blur the character lines. By hiring RDJ, whom I loved as Ironman, as Dr. Doom, shitty Disney is showing how truly desperate they are. I’ve never latched onto Dr. Doom and his canon. I don’t like the character in general. And now to try forcing such a polarizing actor into a different character altogether WITHIN THE SAME UNIVERSE is flat out a mistake. No one will be able to recover from this atrocious decision, RDJs box office be damned. RDJ makes bad choices in his role choices. IRONMAN was lightening in a bottle; a generational character whose origin story sparked an entire universe. A BIG BANG LEVEL CHARACTER. He got OPPENHEIMER gig. And everybody went and saw. He is not immune to flops, however. How many of you saw DOOLITTLE? And don’t lie, because the box office can’t. Sherlock Holmes? Legendary character, massive success. Doolittle? Dud failure. Doolittle and Dr. Doom miscast seem on par to Me. I will not go see my first AVENGERS product, and I will no longer support $$$ anything associated with the studio and parent company.

Just watched Deadpool and Wolverine in theaters again! It’s just such a perfect movie! When I heard about how Disney almost put a DEI stain on such a perfect movie I was pissed. To think they wanted to include a scene where Cosmic Karen and Professional Victim Hulk lectures Deadpool about gender ideologies and representation. That’s insane and would’ve just felt wrong.

The ironic thing is, we don't even dislike diverse casting or women leads. As long as the story and characters are well written, we'll enjoy it. Sigourney Weaver nailed it as Ripley for example. Aliens was a fun movie. Ripley was a strong female character. Did some badass stuff but also was very motherly to Newt. Our issue isn't diversity, our issue is diversity as the premise.

Well, Ryan did bring back Electra and X-23. Ryan made both of those characters just as important as the other characters within the movie. Made Cassandra Kane into one of the best villains in the MCU (imo). I hope Ryan brings back Domino.

I don't mind RDJ as Dr. Doom, because I think he's such a good actor that it'll have the effect of "Hey, it's Iron Man cosplaying! Lol" on first swei g his face, but then people will settle into the movie. That being said, it would have been interesting if they got Mads Mikkelsen. I think he would have been a great Dr. Doom as well since he already has villain roles on his resume.
