I think from my perspective, the problem isn't that he made notes on who the person that's going for is, or how this show works. I think Michelle would have been fine with that. It's stuff like "you're overconfident, arrogant etc - PRETEND you aren't" and: "here's the best 10 phrases to turn a woman's head like Ben Higgins did" and that's manipulative behavior. He accidentally was seen with his notes and producers gave Katie and Tayshia the idea to go into the guys rooms to go through their stuff with the ultimate purpose of finding these notes, knowing they were in the suitcase. Regardless, Ryan wrote these notes and just the lie of “I don’t watch this show, only two hours”, when he documented every interaction Michelle had with Matt (clearly he had to have watched the entire season) is enough to send him home.

They have time to stay in their room for few days I think, and my theory is that one of the producers got buddy buddy with him and he spilled the beans on himself by accident maybe or the producers saw the notes and made Kaitlyn and taysha go into some guys' rooms to "check it" the producers fully aware of Ryan having those notes but don't want to make it obvious so they make them visit more than just Ryan. It's the first time ever we see this happening so yeah idk lmao sounds like something they would do anyways for drama.
