In 2023, prior to knowing the depths of the NAR lawsuit, I quit the board of Realtors, which disconnected me from NAR. I was a “listing agent” for most of my 30 year career in real estate. I relied heavily on buyer agents to sell my listings. I am now an independent broker and offer a flat fee FSBO plan with high level professional assistance. I essentially do what I did as a Realtor and save sellers up to 40% with real estate fees, which includes compensating buyer agents. The amount for buyer agent compensation is determined after the seller reviews the estimated net proceeds. I believe my hybrid model will be a game changer with listing and selling real estate. I have to say, I love that I am no longer affiliated with NAR‼️

I am just laughing at my neighbor, he is trying to sell his house on his own and he also doesn't want to pay commission and it's been sitting rotting for two months. A house like his normally would have sold in days in here.😂

Ryan how do you feel about your agents Candace and Veronica that posted on social media that they are not requiring buyer brokerage agreements?

Guarantee every buyer agent contract has exclusivity in it. This is negotiable too so make sure not to let it happen. We want competition here so you get the best property for the best price. Better yet handle your own real Estate transactions. I’ve done most of mine. Use peripheral professionals. For residential, inspectors, attorney, etc…for development use land use consultants, permit expediters etc… Agents don’t provide much if any value and are way over paid for it. P.s. also formerly a real estate agent in two states and one province.
