Kiely Rodni Official Autopsy Report: No water in her lungs, her height and weight decreased (it typically increases from bloating after 16 days in water), her tattoo was in the wrong spot, she only had a few peas in her stomach, her system contained nothing that would impair her ability to drive in an area she was very familiar with (Sami Smith said she was very intoxicated!), they used White-Out on the autopsy report rendering it Null and Void legally if ever needed in a Courtroom! Kiely was rapidly Cremated and we've seen in other cases that bodies exhumed after a decade or more have solved Cold Case Files in the past! No possibility of anything with a cremated body and ruined autopsy report!

I think Ryan Upchurch did a fantastic job digging into the Kiely Rodni case and he uncovered some very suspicious behavior by some of these KZbinrs. I watched every single one of his videos after the fact and I was blown away. People don't like him just because he comes right out and says what he thinks, and he cares about the truth. And about his video where he challenged the Internet to find proof that Kiely Rodni was real, I don't know why people got so upset about it. If they didn't like his challenge, then they should've went online and proved him wrong. But they couldn't, because there is no trace of her online, which is bizarre for a teenage girl. if I remember correctly, you were one of those people who got upset by what he said… well, then prove him wrong! Lol It's really simple. Why is there no trace of her ever existing online? People need to get mad at LE and the government for constantly lying to us, rather than attacking the person who points out their lies.

I STILL have many questions about my son’s death and it was absolutely NOTHING like this fiasco! If it was actually an accident and she was so intoxicated that she drove her car into the water herself….. maybe that’s a sign that those who were at that same party need to do some inner reflection and also study who they associate with and call friends. If they call themselves friends how did they let their FRIEND take off alone to drive drunk at all. What kind of friends are those ? Kids do the drunk parties sure it’s like a rite of passage right? In the 80’s We never let our friend go solo anywhere especially if intoxicated not even for the right reason …. We just knew we had more fun together or we would miss something hilarious we could tell anything be who wasn’t there about to embarrass the one who did the thing. So many “friends” at that party and not one soul saw anything at all….. sure they didn’t. They will learn the hard lesson that keeping silent doesn’t always keep you out of trouble. Some see it at an admission of guilt even if you did nothing wrong….. you saw what happened! In other cases that same silence has caused innocent people to get convicted and guilty ones to walk away Scott free. I just think that if you’re going to be out drinking or whatever you should surround yourself with people you trust and stay together. Have a DD or call and Uber! Don’t ruin an otherwise fun and memorable event with a tragedy that could have been prevented by sticking to your buddy system ! Friends don’t let friends drive drunk! Might not be a popular thought but I’ve seen it over and over again. Girl dies in freezer cuz her three friends left her alone drunk to go get her wallet she forgot…why didn’t one of them stay with her ? Young man attempts to walk home from a party ends up in a pond few hundred yards from said party location! Just a couple of cases that get me frustrated. There are sooo many more. Look out for each other and be a friend that a friend can depend on. It might just save your own life ❤

One of the key things to know about this case from the beginning. LE allowing a local teenager (a freshly high school grad) Sammy Smith, privately interview other teens-without parents/LE present within the first several days of KR disappearance. The kicker, this teen Sammy Smith-was one of the last persons to actually see the deceased Kiely Rodni alive. That detail is what got me sucked into the case, wondering wth is going on(?). The last suspicious aspect of the case is the autopsy results. Which claims Kiely had drowned, but the detailed findings in that autopsy doesn't completely add up to a drowning (no water in the lungs). Nor does the victims description match up to Kiely, height-size of organs etc. Lastly, there's a whole bunch of bs in between that doesn't add up to investigators narrative. It's truly a "who-done-it-case" deamed as an accident.

@@sussngardner5059 you're welcome 😊. Yes, I do believe this case is yet another cover-up. I'm not sure exactly why the cover-up, who is protecting who-and why. But the details definitely show corruption. The investigation as a whole was a complete chit-show. If you have time, check out a documentary about Aburn (Placer County). It's a little town next to Truckee. I'm not saying the cases are related, but it's a good description of what really goes on in the small towns across the nation. For example: Idaho 4-Delphi-The Flora Fire.

Nothing is right with the Kiely Rodni case, Period. Everyone knows it. You should never stop with that case until we get some answers! How did she drown when there was no water in her lungs? How was she supposedly intoxicated when the autopsy says she had the minimal levels of alcohol that the body produces when dead therefore she really had none in her system? How can she be a different height and weight all of a sudden, when in actual fact she should’ve been swollen from the gases in her body? Why was that kid Sammy allowed to interview all of the teenagers at the party and exactly who was at this bonfire party? How come her car was in water so shallow that you could almost see it if you’re on top of the water yet no one found it when they supposedly searched the area? Then there’s a question about her tattoos which the person they found didn’t have the same tattoos so what the hell is going on? Too many questions unanswered and this case has to be looked into over and over again because at the end of the day we have one girl missing and another found in that car! That’s my belief anyway?

For me I don't think she that drunk and if she does, I don't think she lost her mental because of text sent to her mother at 12:15 A.M. It was a coherent text that she sent to her mother which reflects her mental state. She texted her mother giving her the exact time she's going to home, If I'm correct she wrote that in 45 minutes that she'll go home, which it exactly 1:00 am because her mother got at 12:15. Is this pin point time coming from a person we suppose to believe drowned by drink driving. No, I don't think so. She aware of the time for her of going Home. It means to me she's in control of whatever she's taking. She did called her friend in 12: 30 to check on her so I don't think she's too drunk or even drunk. Whatever happens to 12:33 till now remains a misery. I DON'T think her phone went off is 12: 33 is result of drowning. For me I think she went back to her car to charge her phone and something happened there.

We still don't have an accident report. We still don't know how a person can drown without water in their lungs or have baby sized lungs as a teenager. We don't know how a girl who was supposedly drinking has no alcohol in her blood. We don't know why nobody was charged for serving her alcohol though they admitted to doing it. We don't know why drug dealers at the party were not charged. We don't know why their college wasn't raided. We don't know how it took an outside group to find a large vehicle in shallow water weeks after Kiely disappeared. We don't know why kidnapping was suspected. We don't know why foreign consulates were alerted or why the FBI went to Mexico rather than focusing the search in Truckee. We don't know why Jagger and Kate would go back to Reno to search for Kiely. We don't know why the BATFE wasn't brought in about the under-aged drinking. And we don't have any explanation of how Kiely's car got into the water, how fast it was going, who was driving, how she ended up in the rear of the vehicle, what gear the vehicle was in, or who may have witnessed the sinking of the car and why Sami Smith says she got a phone call from Kiely minutes after Kiely's phone last pinged before going dead. We also don't know why the police corrupted the investigation allowing a primary witness conduct an investigation and gather evidence.
