Try -1 for FPM, just flare a lot and ease the plane down. It's easy after you master it, I always land with -1 FPS :)

How do you lose so much speed when landing. I always land too fast and have a -1700 fpm 😭

my strategy is to control sink rate with pitch if my sink rate is stable and speed decreases I slightly increase thrust and the other way round sometimes you hit the perfect thrust and pitch so your sink rate and speed is stable
