It's usually used when a man obviously learned something from a previous relationship. For example, if a guy knows terms for different manicure techniques, you might say "somebody cooked here." ​@@jonaslowagielol why? We have several universities where English is mandatory (at least intermediate level, IELTS 6 or 6.5), because all the courses are thaught in English. Of course 90% kazakh citizens do not have good English, but our generation (25 y.o. and younger) generally speak pretty good. And considering she is student in another country it's not that surprising she has good English. But yeah, i must admit, her level is not just good, it's perfect
