First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

DR. JOE ROGAN You guys understand you don’t have to hate athlean x and everyone who follows him to like Ryan right? Jeff gives great info and gives reasons why it works well through anatomy, if you don’t want to hear it skip ahead. And he gives great workouts and exercises to do. Ryan gives more unorthodox movements that you might have a better connection with over the more conventional ones. I watch both all the time. And if you don’t like those people commenting memes, don’t read the damn comments. No need to judge them for having a sense of humor; I’m sure most of them work out

@mariorossi27824 жыл бұрын
@@muralist_naah, kids like you, these days have a short attention span and want the trick the easy way to do things, Ryan is only giving you the so called "fish" concepts, while Jeff is giving the entire dam! system of learning of training, and every good and bad reason behind it. With enough brain you can make your own workout program just by watching his vids, but that skill long lost, and you have been grown with too much free stuff, and no reason to think for yourself, and seconds worth of attention span and no perception for the value inside these videos, btw by looking at these videos, you are paying them, so it is normal that someone would prefer longer videos or this very reason. And again the are giving you value for free. Btw, in my comment is nothing to laugh or fun, because I'm here to train and not to be entertained. Btw I'm here 'cuz I like varaty.

Ryan you are an outstanding communicator and your videos are extremely helpful. One of the best things you have shown me, however, is that it is ok to tweak and modify an exercise in order to better meet the need. "Connect" is the word you use so often. And that was a game changer for me in my workouts.

I'm a Personal Trainer with a 4 year degree and I have yet to see an exercise on this channel that I can't see the benefit to doing the way your showing. They all follow the basic rules and the planes of movement required to activate each particular muscle are also being observed. I see no problem with what your saying most of the time. That being said the way you train is to get your muscles as big as you can without always following the "conventional" mindset. I like it it's a fresh take and if your goals are to get big then your on the right track. I wouldn't however recommend someone who is trying to try to be a powerlifter to train ONLY like this, and I have doubts you would recommend that either.
