No default graphs?? hit the drop down button and its empy goto the setting icon next to search assest in the drop down. checkmark "plugin content" and "engine content" should show up

I had thought PCG was going to be an insanely complicated process. Seeing how simple it is makes me wonder why I wasted any time looking for a free environment I could use to test my work.

This is really cool! Also fantastic videos, I just stumbled upon your channel and your tutorials are great and so easy to follow! I was wondering if the PCG has the ability to remove/move single assets once they are down, so you can generate a lot of terrain and then tweak the details to your liking.

Can you generate anything with PCG? Like blueprints or other actors? Or is it just static mesh actors?

Yes you can use blueprints. Just use a 'Spawn Actor' node and set the Option to 'No Merging'

Im wondering..... what the limits are? Can I have a 130km x 130km map using 8km x 8km sized volumes? Or is this something that maybe is worked out in the future in 5.3 or 5.4?

Hi Ryan, when I make a small incline in the terrain, the PCG does not conform to the height and simply spawns under the flat as if on a flat surface. Any idea why?

i choose the simpleforest and press generate nothing happends..

It happend to me too. It was just because PCGs need a Landscape to work and I guess you were putting your Simple Forest over the Floor that comes from the Basic Level, that it's just an Static Mesh. if you create a simple Landscape the PCG will work just fine. I hope it helps you!

This is probably a dumb question, but how did you open the pcg graph to access the nodes? The cursor goes off to the left side at 3:30 and then the map just appears.

Under content browser settings, enable "Show Engine Content" and "Show Plugin Content". That will populate the dropdown menu with the simple forest demo option.
