So you drilled the heads larger but the head gasket isnt punched like the cylinder water jackets. The head gaskets have about 4 3/8” holes drilled for water to go through?

@jefflachance8459 Correct, you don’t need to modify the gasket. It might seem like a flow pinch point, but in my experience it isn't affecting the volume through the engine. The head gasket's job by restricting flow is only to slow it, which raises pressure, but doesn't affect volume as it still has more open surface area than the cooling lines. I imagine there is a ceiling or a point of diminishing returns to this, like a 3/4" cooling line probably wouldn't flow much more than 1/2" without modifying the head gasket.

@@32srt32most of the time I’m at Lake Pleasant in Peoria, but I’m within an hour of 5-6 more rideable lakes near Phoenix. And my favorite place to ride is Parker.
