I dont even know how i managed to enjoy playing the og Sims when I was a kid 😂😂 It has its charm but jeez, now going back to it its more of an headache than enjoyment 😂😂

I find that if I play it after the mere 20 minutes I can stomach playing Sims 4, I love it so much more. Of course, when I am in need of challenging gameplay, og The Sims is also my go-to.

As a fan of the 1990s US tv show “3rd Rock From The Sun” I was hoping you’d name one of the girls Sally as the four aliens on the show visiting Earth pretending to be humans are named Tommy, Dick, Harry, and Sally. Watching you play Sims 1 reminds me of all the chaos that game had and it similar chaos was the norm for Maxis games back then. This was a lot of fun to watch! At least none of them died in a fire or anything. They survived, at least long enough to be the responsibility of the military school. I also forgot that the pizza only had six slices! Wow!

"I know things are hard right now and there's a man living in the walls" sent me 🤣 Also I don't know if this comes up later in the video but getting A+ grades can mean grandparents send 100 simoleons to say well done and that's how I normally get money for kids living alone. Clearly in this case the grandparents would care enough to send money but not enough to do anything about 8 kids living unsupervised!

This, sort of, reminds me my very first Sims gameplay, where I stupidly created family of two adults and six kids. It went OK, until the parents died in fire. Unlike you, I didn't have it in me to actually play with the kids, so, I started again with way smaller family. Funny thing is, nowadays, I love to play with big families with kids, I find that funny, yet challanging, but back then, my inexperienced me just couldn't handle that.

I go to Magic Town after work. You can get those friends & have time to build your needs up when you go home.

@@RosesTeaAndASD sure you can do it that way, but social interactions with kids is stupid easy. just make a house full of kids, take your sim you want promoted to a community lot to meet at least one of them, then play the kid household and invite your work sim over, spam friendly interactions so you don't have to worry about maintaining the your worker sim's motives and ruining their mood for work the next day.

I need to teach my sims magic. I go to Magic Town to make friends and build social at weird hours. I can't believe I never thought of learning magic🤦‍♀️ Thank you for posting that.

While watching this video I started to wonder if kids could survive by eating birthday cake (not the stripper cake 😆) or plates with cookies from build mode. 🤔I remember there being a turkey that one could buy as well but I'm not sure they would be able to carve it? Also I just recently found your channel and I'm so glad I did! ✨ Your videos have brought me so much joy, so thank you for making them!☺

If you do this challenge again, you can save to buy a computer and skip school altogether and have the kids study on the computer. Homeschool, if you will lol

When I played the Sims 1 as a kid and had a household without adults, I always got them a servo, it will help them

Ryan, I absolutely love your videos! KZbin recommended one of your videos the other day, and I think I've watched almost all of them already. I'm even considering playing TS1, you have inspired me, but I am such a disaster with that game, better stick to TS2! Anyway, I wanted to ask you if you might consider editing your streams to be the length of your usual videos. I am super inconsistent watching streams because they are so long -- not just yours, and I understand it's the appeal of streams, but I never have that much time to watch long videos in one go. I completely get it if it's too much work for the results it may give to your channel in regard to views/income. Have a nice day!!

Alternatively coulda had the fourth boy be Stanley (as it was used in place of Harry in the Gaston song for the rhyme), and gone with a Powerpuff Girls theme for the girls: Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup, and Bunny.

lol my sims have just had twin boys making it a grand total of 7 and there’s 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms 😭😭😭 I might have to split a room to make more space lol I’m going to get so stressed out 😅
