Hey Ryan I'm in the middle of my season right now. Do you think its a good time to change up my shot or do you think I should wait till the off season?
@jyheirharris65982 жыл бұрын
Hey coach, thanks for the vids as always I need serious help can you or anyone here in the comment section help? I need help getting to the rim, it just seems like I can never get past my defenders out of triple threat and I get nervous when I'm being guarded closely so I always shoot, but I have a good shot so eventually they always play me close
@marupnext50462 жыл бұрын
Try and jab step into them to create space, the space in between you and the defender is what you two are fighting for, you don’t ever want to give it up, and then with getting by them focus on getting your head and shoulder by his chest and hips, if you do that you beat him and then just have to read helpside, and make the play, lastly to help with being nervous it just takes practice and confidence hope this helps lol 😂

I do have a question: a lot of times when I’m driving a lot of people get physical like they will bump me out of position, should I be the aggressor first or should I try to avoid it?
@yeatdagoat1732 жыл бұрын
You should be the aggresor. When you're in the key it gets very physical there so attack first
