excellent drills. Do them for skill first, then once they are down practice them with more explosion for conditioning. Really love these 🏀

Can you do a true 10 minute follow along for intense dribbling

I would think those first movement dribbles should be low dribbles on the way backwards, usually how I find myself protecting the balll when going backwards is keeping it low

Can we get a full workout of drills to practice to start shifting your defender better because at the moment I can’t sell my move and I struggle getting past people .

To be able to blow by your defender these drills will help only if you were moving with the drill. Meaning Going up and down court or any space you have to go up and down

can you tell me how to get backspin when i shoot. Do you have something tips because i try to make to nba and i put already lot work. but throwing has reduced mmy motivation a bit when I can't get the backspin. And i think if i get backspin im gonna be so good. Because i am good to drive a basket, take a contak, and i am god defender.

The line should be opposite side. The player supposed to condition himself to keep the ball as close to him as he can to avoid the defender while not hitting the feet!
