Extremely dangerous to own a property like this at Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. The crime on residences are crazy in France. And the police do nothing. They don't arrest, don't investigate, all lazy wine drinkers. There are some cases these eastern European gangs, get inside these homes at night and sedate everyone. Even to a newborn baby once because he was crying a lot. They do also to yachts. They use escorts as baits and they put every one to sleep and do the robbery. The crew are involved also. Europe is a very wild place. But Monaco is safe. Nothing happens there.

Absolutely love Monaco! It was on my first deployment in 1989, as a U.S. Marine that, over the July 4th week, our ship, the USS Nassau, LHA-4, dropped anchor off of Monaco. It was such an amazing treat for a young 19 year old. I love the contemporary architecture of this home, the clean lines, the fine stonework, the manicured garden, and the luxuries that only Europe can offer. What a beautiful tour!

That residence is exquisite. Cap Martin is Location Prime too. The landscape architecture was EXECUTED -CURATED. The choice & SCALE even to the flagstone grading. When ones staircase has risers so close to each other so as not to be physically taxing- clearly a Triumph.

Wow, now *that* is what you call a mansion. By far the most stunning property I've ever seen shown on KZbin. Those bedroom balcony views are breathtakingly beautiful and the swimming pool is the pool of dreams. At EUR 32,000,000 it seems incredibly good value so I may put in an offer when I win the Euromillions jackpot.

You should have gone to the Maybourne Rivera hotel literally just up the hill…must be same designers as I loved my stay at the Maybourne…the home is a really nice design and detail. This villa is worth every penny. It is difficult, and expensive, to own 1 parking space in the South of France. This villa has 4 parking spots!!!! That, alone, is a big selling point. This villa is not too big, but not too small. It has everything you need and it is just beautiful. I doubt it will stay on market for very long.
