This topic is always fun. One thing I didn't know was Merc having such a big influence on attractiveness. My partner has Merc on his ascendant and is almost frustratingly handsome, but I just figured it was venus in his 2nd house (face). Also explains why he seems so effortlessly balanced (Kapha, Vata, Pitta).

I have sun, mercury, rahu and venus in Aquarius in the first house. it’s so weird because I relate to different pieces of each planet. I am very well-mannered and poised but also very intelligent, charming and orderly. I have curly hair, light skin, light green eyes, and light brown skin, almost like it was bronzed by the sun. I am very emotional and sensitive to my surroundings so I isolate myself, whether that’s daydreaming or physical.. ✍️

Great,thought-provoking video,congratulations! In my humble opinion,physical appearance is a result of a harmonious or not combination of our genetic inheritance and our personal,natal chart/horoscope,these two go hand in hand as far as I'm concerned.It's a frequent thing to stumble upon ''ugly'' ,''asymmetrical'' children/people brought in this world by very ''beautiful and attractive'' parents and vice versa.Plastic surgery and various outside influences,even psychological ones may alter a person's appearance but that has nothing to do with Astrological Physiognomy.Most people won't or can't understand how Astrology works,everything is a combination of things.I also think that Numerology plays a part in a person's physical outcome but it's not the most important ''ingredient'' of its ''recipe''.We often see our very own,naturally-shaped physical horoscopes overpowered and overshadowed by DNA like it happens with various human races and so on.For example,I have noticed that it's easier to tell a Caucasian Gemini from e.g. an Asian one,mind you,this is only an example and strictly a personal observation,thanks for reading.

In Mexico and Central America's ancient civilizations, Venus was payed special attention to. I met a Mexican Astrologer who taught me that the fact that Venus is the only planet that disappears from the sky entirely explains why Venus is the planet of death and rebirth. In those cultures, they believed that during the days that Venus disappeared, Venus was demanding a sacrifice from the skies and that great battles and wars were coming. There is a school of thought in Mexican astrologers that specializes in studying Venus and they realized that it is extremely connected to terrorism, battles, war and "sacrifices". I highly advise for those interested in this Venus studies to contact José Luis Serrano from Rubedo7. He only speaks spanish, but his investigation is brilliant.

How do I know if I have strong mercury? I joke a lot. I hear/see/think stuff, my head rapidly spin far I already made joke, in everything. I thought it might be from jupiter however as your descriving, it sound like mercury. Merc conjuncted venus & sun in sag, 3rd house.

Hi Ryan. Thanks for a wonderful video yet again. I always love watching your videos. How is the beauty of mercury different than that of Venus. You mentioned both make the body beautiful. Also read once that sometimes Virgo rising people are more attractive than their Libra counterparts!! Interesting take on Venus as planet of war. Read in one of Osho's discourse on Lord Krishna that He waged a war to establish peace (venus).

What if you have more than one planet in the first house? Say for instance the sun, saturn, mercury. Would the strongest planet dominate.

Very interesting! I'm not entirely sure what my "prominent" planets are, but I think by your descriptions it could be my Jupiter in the 9th in Cancer, Venus in the 4th, Mars (ruler of my 1st) conjunct Ketu. I see bits & pieces of my personality in all of them. I also have Uranus in the 1st, which makes me a little weird and unconventional LOL :p
