Very clear and very interesting! Thank you. When I think about it, this gives me a greater appreciation for having Moon and Ascendant together. Even though in of itself it feels difficult, having the challenges of the life's path in alignment with those of the emotional dealings seems somehow like an added blessing. Becoming emotionally authentic is kind of my path anyway, and responding to everything life brings with emotional integrity is a noble goal. I never really thought about this before.

As I was instructed: Look at each sign from the Ascendant 1st House for their respective energies as:. Sun Sign Chart, and Moon Sign Chart, whether the Ascendant is known to r not. You can check each Planet from this position, using the Sign/Planet of the natal planets position from the 1st H.

I've Moon in Gemini (Punarvasu) in the 9th house for a Libra Ascendant (Vishakha). Saturn is in the 3rd house in Sagittarius (Purva Ashadha) opposite to the Moon. Moon rules the 10th house and it's placed in the 9th house. Both Moon and Ascendant signs have the same element (air).

Hey Ryan, I know you don't analyze your own chart too often, but I'm curious if you noticed that your "path" was somehow indicated. You've said a few times that you were a pretty angry person when you were younger, so I was wondering if in your chart you saw that you'd find the spiritual path and turn into the person you are today. Perhaps indicated is too strong of a word, maybe "possibility" is better. Great video.

My moon receives the 10th aspect from Saturn, the 8th from Mars, the 7th from Venus & Mercury and the 5th from Ketu. From the Ascendant my moon is in the 12th house. Not sure what this says about my emotions but I am on the Autistic Spectrum and haven't had much success or pleasure from dealing with other people. I perceive self isolation as the most merciful way of existing for the sake of other people.

I think the ascendent is ideal for understanding what is manifested into reality FOR the person. As such astrologers will use it to discover the timing of things. Whereas the moon will be used to understand the mindset and response to life. And the sun will be used to understand the talents or innate skills that the person has arrived with. Just a guess though, I'm not an astrologer.

Can a KZbinr please just dedicate energy to videos defining what the moon sign,sun sign, ascendant, all the houses, and planets in DEPTH. A part of me thinks all the astrologers are trying to share videos on all these techniques when they did not go into depth about what the “basics” are. I think it is better to have the basics very clear and make sense before trying to go onto other moves, I feel like the best astrologers are the ones who got the “basics” down and can explain everything with finesse on the spiritual and metaphysical side not just talking about the mundane stuff like “oh this house means you will get a car and have house” I feel like the houses and everything else are much more deep then that and need to be further explained without all the mundane shit that may or may not be true.... sorry for ranting on this comment, has nothing to do with you I think you are 👍 great
