SAVE WATER=>On the left side of your faucet with the pull-out handle mount a small piece of polystyrene tubing about 3/4 of an inch run that down to your fresh tank where you put a brass barb fitting attach the hose. You can put a plumbing escushion in it to cover the hole when you're not using it. When you're ready to use hot water you put a funnel in the tube pump your water back into the fresh tank that isn't hot, saving the water.

You van is the standard I would want to achieve to. It's perfect! I especially like the interior color. It absolutely has everything a person needs, and more, like you said. Who needs bells and whistles?? Heated floors? How crazy. I hope you won't give up traveling and videoing using your van once you get the new vehicle spiffed up. Happy New Year, Ryan!

a big reason why I like the channel so much is because how your van reflects what you're trying to get out of van life, Especially considering you built it out yourself. If I ever do decide to build one out myself, I'm going to take a lot of design cues from your van. Hopefully I'd able to find a decent enough 4X4 as well but I probably shouldn't get ahead of myself.

Just a suggestion.... Run the initial cold water from the Bosch heater into a large pan. Then you can wash your hair And face with the hot water that comes. Then you can heat the water in the large pan And use that to wash your dishes. You can just dip it out with a plastic coffee cup or similar

Maybe you could consider doing some caravan trips with people with RVs or other types of rigs. I am planning on going full time RV traveling for at least a few years, and it seems like it would be cool to have some traveling friends for at least some trips instead of being solo like 90% of the time. I know not all places are accessible by RVs that vans are able to go, but maybe you could plan some for both types of RVs and vans in different times of the year and at different general spots every few months to like caravan around and see the sights in the general areas at least occasionally.

@Nabee_H11 ай бұрын
If you have curly hair its a general rule to not use shampoo every time. Condtioner is enough and just shampoo when it feels dirty. Shampoo strips off oil and if you aren't putting any back into your hair thats probably why it looks/feels nicer.

Sad for the upcoming content slowdown. I am exciting to see what comes out of it though. Looking forward to seeing this truck. It’s going to be hard to top your van but I bet you will have fun trying.
@americanrifleiamcool19711 ай бұрын
Ryan (hope you see this). I was thinking for a while how to say this. If you want to make the truck, go ahead and do it. If you were getting discouraged about doing it for the comments or whatever other reason, I recommend you do this. Think about what the reason might be, if it's worth going against going with your dreams (you and only you can and will be the judge of that) than you can redo your plans According to it but if it's not than don't. And if nothing is bothering you about the truck (or any other thing this works on) than have a nice day and... I REALLY like your videos (good job manito). Greetings from Mexico.

What about getting one of those Joolca Hottap that runs off of those 1lb green propane tanks since you are in the backcountry a lot. Therefore you can have a warm shower outsife without wasting your hot water. Only thing is you need some sort of body of water (lake, stream, pond etc) to hose the water.

Been watching this channel for more than a year now and really enjoy these purposeful road trips such as the New England road trip or the Key West to Alaska road trip and then this one. Especially the whole trip in one really long video. Instead of driving somewhere random and camping there and then driving back home, these road trips are better unlike other van life KZbinrs. This I watch without ever getting bored. Also, I feel like the long videos after these trips end are really good for the viewers to watch and catch up on the videos they missed of the trip. I would love to see you ship this van into Europe and make the first ever longest possible road trip. Also, I would love to see a road trip to cancun, I know its not safe driving down there so its just a hypothetical. Thanks for the great content, been helping me greatly.
