I changed to the Rykermod sway bar links on my '22 Ryker Rally, with just over 100 miles on it. The factory nylon links were already twisted to the point that the ball joints were stuck in position. This is definitely a worthwhile mod!

The end links and the steering dampener are probably the two most popular modifications right now.. we do carry the dampener and I have them in stock ready to go out the door on our website... www.blrtuning.co

what brand and size torque wrench did you use. Got the end links forgot about the torque wrench thanks great videos
@BLRTUNING Жыл бұрын
I just use the cheap torque wrench from harbor freight you don't have to have anything too crazy just as long as you have a close enough torque wrench that would be efficient enough

What brand torque wrench and other tools do you recommend for installing the end links and the steering stabilizer? Will be ordering these from your website soon Thanks.

I use Craftsman for most of my expensive tools, a lot of the tools that I use are just from harbor freight as well. Most of the time harbor freight will stick by their brand and if you break something they will usually replace it. There's also a harbor freight directly across the street from my house so it makes it very convenient. The torque wrenches that I'm using for the smaller size torque wrench is from harbor freight. They're cheap but they are accurate for this type of work. If I was assembling an engine or something like that perhaps maybe I'd want something a little more accurate but for this job a cheap torque wrench will work just fine. You can pick up an inch pound torque wrench from 20 to 40 dollars at harbor freight. Their brand is usually Pittsburgh. If you end up wanting to place an order on our website please don't forget we did add a bundle on there where you can order the end links and the stabilizer kit as a package deal and save a little bit of money. www.blrtuning.co/products/rykermod-handling-performance-package

Can the job be done without a torque wrench?
@BLRTUNING Жыл бұрын
A torque wrench is obviously preferred however as long as you understand what over tightening is. Tighten them down till they're snug

Any chance of shipping to the UK?
@BLRTUNING2 жыл бұрын
As of right now we only ship in the US I do apologize for any inconvenience. Getting to a point where we can ship outside the US has been something we have tried over and over again and we are working on it but it is not the easiest thing in the world. It is something we are working on. I do appreciate your support though and thank you for subscribing to the KZbin channel

Is the sway bar necessary to go with those end links?
@BLRTUNING2 жыл бұрын
The sway bar is definitely a upgrade that should be considered. If you're going to do the sway bar I recommend the 33% stiffer sway bar from brp. That's what I have installed which is what you see in the video. I just painted it blue. That's sway bar will still come with nylon and links. However doing the steering stabilizer kit and the end links is a tremendous upgrade. Even just doing the end links will make a difference.
