The song is probably a contributing factor on why the band is moving to USA. Its an anti war song and this is after Alex made a broadcast condemning the war against Ukraine and saying it was not what the band supports or agrees with.

I get what your saying, but the same can be said for many countries, for example, the UK. In the end, the USA provides the safety, as well as the perfect basing for promotion, recording, and touring, both national and worldwide, so it works well, compared to being blacklisted, shut down by the police, or even arrested and detained due to unwanted views and beliefs aga8nst the government.

In America, you don’t have secret private prisons with a crematorium (under an ordinary residential building), in St. Petersburg one such was found and the FSB immediately buried it. And the owner was a cop. So if there is 1 such case and such a quick reaction, then there may be more, in a country like Russia, you can easily dig another 200 of these and no one will even notice.

Thought I’d mention this, since no one else seemed to comment on it. 1984 was a book published by George Orwell in 1949. It was a book that foreshadowed a lot of events that are happening today in society. It told of the evils of totalitarianism and draconian rule, definitely a great book. It’s a shame most of it has come to be common practices in our government and media today.

I’m a little tardy to the party, but in case no one else has mentioned this to you before, their drummer, Evgeny Novikov, didn’t start playing with his sticks backwards because of how it changes the sound. Evgeny has said in interviews before that he started flipping his sticks because he got tired of breaking them from his aggressive drumming lol

7:50 this is actually a protest song... they're protesting the invasion of Ukraine and the war that's been going on since 2014, and Alex Terrible, the vocalist (who is actually a big softy and one of the nicest people on the planet), released a statement right after Russia invaded Ukraine stating that he, the band, the management, everyone condemned the action that Putin has taken and they all left Russia months ago, before the conscription started, and rumors are they are moving to the USA.

If you were shocked by this you're gonna LOVE Demolisher. Baba Yaga would be great too. Also this song is them speaking out against the Russian war with Ukraine, saying "please stop the violence" etc in the lyrics (you should read the lyrics). With other songs, quote a bit of their lyrics are in Russian. They're awesome.
