I would HIGHLY recommend reading the lyrics while listening to Polaris. Their lyrics are so damn good. I listened to the whole album a second time while reading the lyrics and couldn't stop crying with certain parts (especially during the bridge to Masochist). They're sooooooooooo damn good.

Masochist - great track all around Hypermania - fast pace, sick breakdown Pray for rain - easier to understand. Dusk to day - mix of cleans/uncleans. All of this is Fleeting - cleans, breakdown. Voiceless - older track but damn good Polaris is one of those bands that hit a little bit of everything. Jaimie can be hard to understand, shit I’ve listened to these guys for a while and still have trouble with some of his lyrics. I’ve learned to treat vocalist as an instrument and determine if they harmonize or overpower the rest of the band.
