I have 17 month old twin boys and having newborns in the Colorado house would be so nice. the view in that home is beautiful and peaceful and having Ryland's family close to come hold a baby and help is invaluable. Watching the snow fall outside on their gorgeous lake would be so peaceful during a tiring time when you're in the thick of it.

As a mother of two, Colorado is the way to go bringing up those babies. Your parents and sister are there and they’d be able to stay with you and help you. If snow is the real reason just don’t go out with them. When I was a new mom I was holed up somewhere with my baby. Trust me when I say you are going to need your mom and dad Ryan. It takes a village to raise a child and your village is in Colorado

As someone who left L.A. for Colorado in 2001 in order to have a better place to start a family, my advice is Colorado. You are going to want as much help as possible, especially with two kiddos. The lifestyle here in Colorado is so much better for wee ones. We have seasons, lifestyle is more relaxed, people are friendlier, etc. once I had my kiddo, I have never regretted staying here.

You are having twins, one baby is overwhelming enough the first time becoming a parent but you are literally having double that, you will need your family and to be able to lean on them. LA is just not it, Colorado will be an amazing place to raise a family especially with how happy it seems to make you both, Shane seems happier there as well which is also so important in making your decision.

My baby boy is 2 months old & being so close to my family has been amazing and so necessary for me and my sanity. Do what makes y’all happy, babies are an AMAZING chapter but the absolute most challenging one too, it takes a village🫶🏼

Being close to family when you have newborns is maybe the most wonderful, helpful and comfortable thing, there is so much to do and take care of that family is everything, they can help to ease the process for you and the babies. I know Shane fam is in California so I hope you have it easier AND also enjoy the process ❤

The gorgeous Christmas Vlogs will not be the same but it’s not up to all of us however everyone is happier in Colorado all the way down to your three pups so I think it makes more sense, to be raising babies in Colorado with clean air then all the dirty air in LA..good luck and best wishes!!

colorado is definitely the better decision for you guys, yall seem way much happier there instead of cali never seen shane be this happy before. raising a family would definitely be better there especially the snow for the dogs 10:43 this part just reminds me of me sneaking a taste when ever my mum would make cakes

i agree with so many of the comments about how much happier you two appear in Colorado. Close to family, Teresa in Colorado could be a moment, Raising the boys in Colorado instead of LA would be so much better in terms of schools/environment/community/etc. Not to mention raising them around the Alpaca’s!
