I dog sit and a bunch of my clients have 2 homes (I’m typically staying and watching the animals at the main house) and they honestly save so much in travel and they look at the house as an investment. They also find people they trust to do monthly check ins at the house for maintenance reasons. I think that some day you’d really regret not having this space to come back to when you visit. Especially if as your boys get older you may want to spend more than 2 times a year there. Going for short weekend etc.

Honestly i want yall to be happy no matter where that is! Yes, I love the Colorado house and I just feel like THAT house, saved Shane and kept him going through a difficult time because it gave him something exciting to look forward to and didnt have the bad memories tied to California and was a great escape from all the toxicity... So I just feel like Colorado is where your family thrives, look at Morgan even she is doing better in Colorado than in LA ... But at the end of the day, we're all just watching ur lives from the outside, you guys have to live them so do whatever feels right for you and your family! ❤

I feel like Rylan grew up in Colorado, then moved to LA and got freedom, sunshine, and dreams. While Shane grew up LA but found comfort, Safety, and appreciation for the simple joys in life in Colorado. Shane achieved his dreams and saw what it was like and craved a normal family life, but Rylan grew up in a mundane family life, but gained acceptance and inspiration in LA. I understand why this is a really hard decision for them.
