Hi guys! Shane, some advise: be mindful of "niggles" or small injuries such as shin pain, heel pain, knee pain etc with the new walking journey - as someone who used to run long distance, I was taken out for a year by plantar fasciitis due to ignoring it for a few months! Best advise: do a bit of strength training (search strength for runners or walkers), stretch/mobility if you're injury prone, and see a physiotherapist immediately if you feel niggles! Not worth the risk of waiting and hoping for the best. Love you guys and so excited for this walking journey!!❤❤❤❤

I have three Grandchildren under 5 I felt I could do much more than today.... I'm much older than your Mom I'm sure I've had the total hip replacement and knee replacement on the same leg... Love that Shane is feeling the positive effects of moving his body! Definitely makes me want to get going too. I recommend trying a compression shirt or tank under the shirt b/c I wonder if the cotton is the issue with runners nipple. A dry fit shirt may also help. I think they do make male sports bras. Soccer players sometimes wear them with heart monitors I think. Anywho keep walking and jamming!!

It’s hard not to love Ryland, especially with his content over the past year or two. It’s so authentic and I’ve just fallen in love with his personality and qualities.
