Just got it an I'm quite impressed🌼 It has some good suction power. Bought it for my job but I can definitely use this in my car and a lot of hard to reach places. Just plug in your standard Ryobi battery and go. Would highly recommend.

On the Home Depot website, it says the pool stick vac can use any Ryobi One+ battery. Does this include the new 3Ah, 6Ah, and 9Ah HP batteries? Will they fit in the sealed compartment?
@tugnut16 жыл бұрын
Great question. I can't verify this at this moment, but there is extra room in the sealed battery compartment. I know when a tool company is thinking ahead, they leave extra space for larger batteries. I have seen the 9Ah HP batteries and I am confident they will fit.

You should review the life jacket that your dog is wearing and the pool ladder lot of dogs die in pools unattended. Also it was a great video.
@tugnut16 жыл бұрын
Thank you. I was very afraid of our dog drowning being its her first summer around a pool....she is only 1 year old. It took quite a bit of research to find a ladder I was confident in. It only took about 1 hour to have her trained to use it. Now she uses it to get out and go and do her business when she needs to. The life jacket came right off of amazon. Nothing special there.

Hey John, So what do you think of the ryobi vacuum now? I'm on the edge here. I loved your video by the way! But, I didn't hear you say whether you liked it better than the others you have used?
@tugnut15 жыл бұрын
I don't like it as my only pool vacuume. I was hoping it would replace my hose hookup. Its good for quick "tidying up" jobs, but not as my weekly full pool cleaner. Now, I do have a large pool. For someone with an above ground pool, I imagine it would be pretty nice.

how long does the battery last when vacuming?
@porterdalejeep4 жыл бұрын
I have one. I loved it for a year, other than how fast it clogs with sand. Understandable but could be remedied with a larger "sock" After the one year mark, it leaked and destroyed a new 4 amp battery.
@themotherfdude88915 жыл бұрын
This thing would be somewhat decent if it came with better wheels. The stock ones aren't big enough so it lays too flat on the pool bottom. I would only recommend this if using it as a handheld device only, not attached to a pole. And definitely not for professional use. It's for homeowners only who want to use it sparingly while in the pool.

Die hard ryobi fan here....but Intex sells a rechargeable one for about 60.00 that will do the same thing...although its collector is smaller...its runtime is about 45 min. To an hour....

Nicholas Korner im in the same predicament here searching for a rechargeable vac for our newly installed 16×48 intex pool i seen the intex model advertised but can't stand messing with the collection bag and only $60 the volt brand is $119 for the fx4 and bag is attached to ring for easy drop in now i see the ryobi here WHAT TO DO LOL
