I could be wrong- but think you're grinding disc might be backwards. I have a slightly different model and I did the same thing, but it started rubbing against the guard. Every grinding cutting disc I've ever used has the label outside, just like you did. But I think Ryobi does it a little different. Either way, yours looks like it's working just fine! Went right through that steel. 👍
