The main issue with the Dewalt String Trimmer are intermittent issues as it stopped working after a few minutes of use, so perhaps quality control concerns from a loose wire or bad motor even. The Ryobi has its issues as well with overheating concerns.

DeWalt have intermittent issues where it stops working every few minutes. Could be a balancing issue or a loose wire, possibly a bad motor.
