Thank you for leaving out all of the talking and getting right down to business. I usually cringe every time I need to watch a video to use a tool or replace a part. Most people are more concerned with marketing themselves. I will watch your videos every chance I get. You're a rare breed. A working mans how to video maker. Much appreciated.

I paid 200 just for my plumber to rent the auger and then labor costs ...this looks like a must have for everyone...not sure when we get into ugly situation. Good video

One thing to add, as stated in the manual "NOTE: Never run the tool while the collar is pushed in and in the neutral (N) position. Doing so will cause the cable to kink."

I’m trying to find a video that shows the actual drum/ cable replacement. I got a new drum/cable assembly and the very end of the cable won’t pull through the cable guide. Any help would be great

Good job on the video bro, I think you should definitely show how to install the first step and that was putting the front tip. Thank you 👍✌

Cool man, can you replace the wire with another size for smaller pipes

How do you change the tips with the attachments that you buy separate like the cutter blade?
@150zero1502 жыл бұрын
1:33 I am reading the instructions and it states that this is not the correct settings to use here. With the Collar pushed IN and the device in Neutral (N) position the cable will Kink... I had to look up what that means, but basically the cable will undo itself and tear the line. The collar should be pulled out, and the rotation of the spin is determined by the device position. The only time you have N and pushed IN, is when you manually want to extract the cord.

When you are manually pulling in or out, the selector should be in No-position (Not in N, Not in F/R)

I ran mine down the toilet but it did scratch the bottom quite a bit. Some wipes off but not all. It’s like a big gray stain from the cable spinning so much

You're supposed to remove the toilet and go through the flange I think.

Norman Kozlarek there is a lot of replacement bits on eBay. Just type replaceable bits for Ryobi P4002 and it will lead you there.

Theres two type of this. Whats the difference. The other ryobi one looks a bit different and cheaper
@DSLightning214 жыл бұрын
The cheaper one doesn't have the AC adapter and the port on the bottom for it. Requires the Ryobi 18V battery (which is not included if the Home Depot listing reads "TOOL ONLY"). If you already own Ryobi tools with the charger and batteries, then it's no problem. ☺ This one is "hybrid", so it supports the battery and has the port for the included AC adapter. I bought this one, and it works great! 👍
