Yeah, he's fucked throughout the entire series. Can't get away from it, no matter how hard he tries. Hell, in season 1, he straight-up tells the Pharoah to kill him because he can't bear to live under the Ring's posession any longer. Basically, "fuck this guy in particular" for Bakura. Even if he never did anything wrong.

I watched this scene in the Mexican/Latino version of the anime, so it has to be in the american version. It is from episode 200. Of course, like any other episode from the american dub, it has completely different dialogues and omits important information.
