I've got the Norwalk and the Breville Bluicer, and in the past a Kuvings; this looks a lot easier than the Norwalk in assembly and overall looks very similar. However for all those who are not convinced, you need to try the juice from this juicer, and you will GLADLY clean up afterward. Besides there is no juice machine that doest require clean up 🧼 its just not possible. There is no comparison to a hydraulic pressed juice, it doesn't separate and it can keep for a few days in the fridge, although best to drink straight away, you will be surprised of the taste, so different from your regular juices. And as for the 'lost fibre', you can make baked goods like carrot cake, or muffins or add to your compost, or if you have chickens they will love the leftovers trust me 😍

Many ask, Q. What about the pulp, can it be used for anything? A. All the nutrients are in the juice, the pulp is like cardboard. It's fiber w/ no nutrients Q. Why remove all the fiber, doesn't your body need it? A. If you eat a plant based diet you are already getting plenty of fiber Q. Why not just blend? A. Juice is not filling the way a blender smoothie is. Many don't want to feel too full or fill up on all that pulp, Q. Why juice, why not solid food? A. For many people, especially people on a healing journey, juice offers a way to flood the body with nutrients that are easily digestible. If you need your energy for healing; juicing is an excellent way to provide your body what it needs in an easily digestible form - juice. Q. Does it take long to make the juice A. The PURE Juicer makes about 7-8 liters/hour Q. Does it take long to clean? A. About 3-5 minutes Q. Way does it cost so much? A. because they are not mass produced, they are hand crafted in limited production runs from all custom designed and made parts.

I can't help but think that it is, by an order of magnitude, more cost and time efficient to just eat the salad.

I said plant extracts are far superior in nutrition. Removing 1 benefit to dramatically increase virtually every other is a quite forgivable trade off. You apparently are unaware juicing is literally making a plant extract. An extract is always superior, this is a elementary concept. @@Mercipher21 I used to work for a boutique coldpress service that did catered juice programs for people. Speaking from experience of knowing what goes into those things, the only reason you feel "better" is the intense sugar high you're getting every day, combined with the fact you're likely coupling juice with other lifestyle changes like working out and stuff. Turns out liquifying a bag of apples doesn't make them any less sugary ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Seriously, the owners were somehow proud that they were shitting water after consuming only fruit juice for a solid month, like that shit isn't good. I ended up leaving because they were making some pretty dangerous claims about how their juices cured cancer and shit, they preyed on the desperate.
