In age when everything is made rubbish and with intend to break, it's refreshing to see that there are still people who continue doing items that meant to stay with us and gonna be passed on and used by generations to come.

Yes, however the issue lies within the price. Sadly alot of people aren't able to afford such high end machines for simply making coffee

These are excellent grinders. Depending on the hardness of the beans, it can take some serious hand strength to hold the thing while grinding, and people with small hands will have more difficulty. However, the grind quality and smoothness of the mechanism is fantastic. The results in the cup are IMO better than what most electric grinders produce, regardless of price. It's also just light enough to take on long trips with your favorite beans when you don't want to settle for crap coffee.

So it is three years on & i wonder, will you open your own place, be it food or coffee or both but that may be confining. You appear to really like appliances & gadgets. What do you do with the coffee grinds after use? Be good to see a video about that, Coffee Grounds are so useful. I drink Mushroom Coffee these days but my friends have an Organic Coffee/Barista shop & i get their Organic grounds for my garden/compost. If you want to grow Mushrooms, Coffee grounds are brilliant. Thanks For The Video Mr Takashima.
I live in Japan and this is no surprise to me. The love of gadgets and how to make things is embedded in the culture. The long way is often preferred to the quick way. It takes time............

omg, am i early enough to get a reply? btw, that's a piece of art. and i still have to finish watching the video. and, what's the best way to enjoy coffee without the palpitations and everything? i think i started drinking coffee too late? i started around 3 yrs ago, i'm almost 23 now. my friends who drinks coffee everyday actually envy me for having this coffee caffeine "effects", getting hyper and i manage to stay up at night, but i also get the slight tremors. i drink coffee at least once to thrice a week or on occassion but i reduced it to once every two weeks because of these effects. but despite that, i still love coffee, and the aroma is what made me fall in love with it. so do i just get used to it? or is decaf my last resort?
@nicolle21265 жыл бұрын
potato sweet potato drink lots of water after. You might be getting dehydrated because of the caffeine. And decaf still has caffeine in it so it might still give u tremors

Thanks for the video just showed up on my feed. Just a bit of critique on the technique: I would recommend weighing out the beans before and after grind, and measure out the extraction for the perfect cup. Also the distributor tool looks to be improperly calibrated. Beautiful machines you have by the way :)

Portland, Oregon USA has a spring people drive to in order to fill their drinking water containers. Also, when I stayed in Lower Hutt outside Wellington, New Zealand, people went to a spring in town not far from the beach to fill up their drinking water containers. For those of us who are less fortunate, we can always improve on the tap water. One book I found useful is called “Dancing with Water” second edition. Or just buy a Zero water filter, and to a gallon of the resulting zero Total Dissolved Solids water, add a packet of Third Wave Water minerals for the perfect coffee.
Thank you for the subtitles. I really enjoyed your video. Subscribed. :)
