The idea of EAH was so cool, and first waves were soo detalised ( but this round head, brrr). My favorite characters were Maddie, Serise, Kitty and Darling and maybe Cidar. But they ended up as “dolls for little children” even faster than it happened to Monster High. Two great stories were buried because of their differences( l mean from “normal” dolls). I think we will never see something so cool and iconic like that. T.T P.S. I still can’t understand the way how royals and rebels were separated. Maddie, as a rebel wanted her story come to life, soooo??? Or it can be the “translation” moment. If someone knows something about this, you can answer to this comment, I want to figure this out)

I had that same exact Elina doll!! I loved how her fairy wings turned into her tail! That doll was my childhood! I loved all three movies! I was five in 2004 and I stopped watching Barbie movies when Mariposa came out. I never watched Mariposa. I was all about princess and the pauper, swan lake, Rapunzel, and the fairytopia movies!!

Be very careful with acetone, though! If you get it on other parts of a doll's face and wipe it away, it might remove the doll's eyes/lip color. Great for customizing; awful if you wanted to keep the doll's face looking the same way lol -A very inexperienced person who watches far too many doll customization videos

The 2004 stamp just means they approved of the design by that year (and probably got it trademarked or something similar). The movie Barbie Fariytopia: Mermaidia (and the dolls) was released in 2006. Giant companies like Mattel always plan at least 2-3 years in advance.

The reason why I like the ever after high face molds is because they’re circular and wide. It gives them like a soft cute look and I love it. I have always preferred monster high though just because they’re more bold and the characters are more diverse and they were never afraid to make unique body molds for individual characters based on what type of monster they were.
