What about the back side of the cams near the sensor. Are there any marks to consider. You video is only showing the front side with a timing mark.

No, as long as the front is lined up, it doesn't matter

What happens when you take your cam caps off and they are not all installed where the letters are facing the middle of the engine. Mine had letters facing the middle and letters facing the outside of the engine.

I would just install them back they way you found them.
