Ryu Diamond 4 Guide - spacing

In the age before drive rush, Street Fighter was a game of neutral, and neutral is all about spacing. As you rise through the ranks, neutral will become a bigger part of the game and you'll need to know what button to press in what situation to balance range, frame advantage, and startup speed. @@EldritchMephi thanks mate. Next up is dhalsim. Akuma should be fairly similar to Ryu you just have more neutral skip and oki set ups with demon flip. The main thing I see with Akuma players is that they use neutral skip too much instead of getting into the danger zone with Akuma's awesome buttons like crMP and HP and they use HK too much instead of ->HP. If your opponent crouches on HK and punishes it you lose so much momentum, whereas ->HP just gets blocked and you reset the neutral. I dont think I'll do Akuma because he has so much stuff it will take me ages. I will probably do Terry.
